I worked at the Honey Baked Ham in Orem as a seasonal worker in December for a couple of weeks last year while in between jobs.Although I’m no longer working here, I will say that Mark, the manager at this location, truly cares about his customers and his employees. This is always a nice place to go- the staff is always very kind and helpful and the tables are always very clean. We ordered the Tavern Club and the Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwiches. The ham is incredible. Even if you aren't really a ham person I'm sure you'll love it. Great spot to grab a sandwich for a quick lunch!

I experienced a discouraging event when I went to pick up my pre-ordered ham at the appointed time just prior to Thanksgiving. The Manager named Mark contacted me later on and expressed his disappointment from some things on his end. Results? Mark went out of his way to make it more than right. Shortcomings and disappointments are everywhere in the world. Trying to rectify them is really all that matters to me. Thumbs up Mark! I'm a lifetime customer from here on out!
