If I could give this 0 stars I would. It was the most horrible experience I've ever had. First off, they were using their bare hands and then when I got to the register they accused me of lying because they made my order wrong. I found the email of the owner and sent an email requesting a refund. I was told we could go in and get two free ice creams instead of a refund but I was not told to which location. We went in last night, saw a long line, but really wanted ice cream. The employees seemed overwhelmed and confused. One of the employees was chatting with his friends, not worried about helping customers. Then started eating his own ice cream in a cup on the mixing board. We decided to leave at this point. The experience was so bad it was comical.

Wanted ice cream and java cow on Main Street was closed, so came here. There were 12 people in line ahead of us. After almost 10 minutes, the line didn't move at all. There were 2 people working here, with little to no urgency. Save your time and just pick up some ice cream from Smith's.
