When you combine the place that everyone wants to hangout with the place everyone wants to eat you end up with Handle. Located in the heart of Park City's Main Street, Handle in many ways feels like the epicenter of the city's dining and social scene.From the moment you walk in you get a high energy dining room that is matched by an array impressive looking dishes. While I personally tried the lamb chops, everything across the menu looked promising.
This was maybe the best service experience I ever had. We had a res, were late due to travel, showed up 3 minutes after they closed on a Wednesday. Problem was, everything else was closed too, which they realized. After a few back room conversations, they sat us down and ROLLED.OUT.THE.RED.CARPET.
