If we could give 6 stars we would! The food, drink, and experience was out of this world!! We've been to dozens of pairings and this was the most exquisite we've been to. Fantastic experience at the Nelson Cottage. Prix fixe dinner with whiskey pairings was beyond great. We got to try the barrel select American Prairie(finished in Rum barrels) and the Campfire (finished in Tokaj barrels). We also loved the Campfire (in Amaro barrels)and the Encore Dram (in White port barrels).Food was excellent, served family style, and well matched to the whiskey.
