The food is good, but this location is pretty chaotic. Maybe it's understaffed, or not organized correctly.It's kind of dirty, and for some reason I have to repeat my order to three different employees.
Mandy is the absolute best! Outstanding customer service, and made us smile on what was otherwise a mediocre day. Zupas has good food 24/7, and I’ll definitely make it a regular stop.

Most of the time, when I go to lunch with a friend, we go to Zupas. I love the variety of food. We can add and subtract food from the dishes and the servers are always so friendly. One server in particular is Jason. Such an awesome guy! He's very conscientious of the customer's wants and needs. I've talked with him several times and he's great! Tom is another friendly server. Always very helpful. Eat at Zupas people!
