having worked at a dq for several years, this was both the most disappointing food and slowest service I've probably ever experienced at a dq. took 6 minutes to get a 3pc chicken basket that tasted like it had been in the warmer for hours, in an empty store. management I beg of you to do better
We were hoping to get 84 Cent Blizzards but ended up getting a 15 minute wait. A rejected Starving student card. No 84 cent blizzards due to the app not giving us our code (they couldn't just give us the promo). So, instead, I hopped I'd get some points for my next return. But, it turns out the guy swipped by card even after I asked if he could scan my rewards code. We also received already melting blizzards. What a mess DQ. Looks like I have no reason to return now...

PM CREW!!!! Good job guys! The service I received when I messed up on the App was amazing! When I cam to pick up my order the manager/crew did an excellent job of communicating where I should have used the app. Most importantly, things were fixed so I have complete confidence I will receive what I pay for. I would give all these guys a raise!
