We have been wanting to try Simply Cheesecake for awhile but we’re never in Provo when they are open.We saw them on door dash so we put an order in! They did not disappoint! It is delicious!They were out of one of the flavors that we ordered but, unlike most places we have door dashed before when they are out of something they just replace it with something else without letting you know, if they do anything at all. The cookie dough cheesecake is the best! Went here for my birthday and got 3 different flavors. The second best is the cookies and cream one. The other flavor I got was red velvet and it was alright. Their cheesecake is more of a “whipped” texture but the flavor was great.Cute little shop inside. The gentleman working was very nice and helpful.

I recently visited this charming cheesecake shop and had a decently good experience. The cheesecake, while tasty, had a slight issue with being a bit frozen in the middle, which was a minor disappointment. However, the atmosphere of the shop was delightful, with its cozy and cute ambiance. I'd recommend giving it a try, but perhaps ask for a slice that's not too cold next time.
