I had an absolutely delightful experience at Cancun Cafe during the Utah Tacofest! The Carnitas Tacos they served were out of this world. The tender and flavorful pork, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, melted in my mouth with each bite. This is a smaller restaurant with great food. The servers were very attentive, and we had great service. We ordered the enchiladas and the chimichanga. We were satisfied with both items. The chips and salsa were also great. The chips came out hot and I believe they were home made.If you are into chimichangas I recommend order in a chicken enchilada with Chile verde, you won’t be disappointed.

We love this restaurant. We used to go all the time 20 years ago when we lived in salt lake. Today we were back in the area and had to come back to Cancun Cafe. I love their chile verde burrito and it was just as good as I remembered. I wish they would open one in the St. George area.
