Had a slight snafu getting seated as the wrong number was called to let us know we were ready. They didn’t bother to announce our names despite being 5 ft from the hostess and seated waiting at the bar. Really poor attention to customer service by the hostess. They made up for it though and our seats were better than what we would have actually had without that error. They oddly have some shared elevated tables. Love the ramen here! There can be a long wait but it is one of the better spots in SLC for ramen imo. The food is really good and flavorful. They have a ton of ramen options so that folks with varying tastebuds can enjoy the meal. The bao buns are also to die forrrr!

Jinya just kills it with their chashu! It is smoky and perfectly tender every time. Its consistently the best I've had in the area.I love to get the "Sprouting Up" ramen. It's no longer on the menu, but they'll happily make it for you. The fried brussels sprouts in it are delicious.This is a larger location than the one in Murray, so it's a good choice if you'd like a better chance of getting a seat!
