Great food with plenty of options. I particularly love the fish tacos. I have mine with grilled fish. The sauce is a bit spicy and so flavorful. I also like to salads, burritos and chips and salsa. Service is always quick and the place has good energy. My go to for Mexican when near the campus up at the U of U.
Lovely place to eat. The inside is awesome and they converted it well. There are two floors for dining and outdoor eating if the weather is nice. No complaints with service. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Food tasted exactly as I hoped. Tried the beef enchilada with rice and beans. Salsa was good flavor wise. Didn’t love how it was chunky as it was hard to eat and the chips kept breaking (I do recognize that is personal preference).

My family and I love the Rio Grande. Today out waitress was particularly awesome. She went above and beyond making our meal enjoyable for all of us, especially our 13 month old granddaughter.
