I had been avoiding this Karl's Jr because I had a poor experience a few years back. Decided to try it again and see if things were better. The fries were cold, they gave us coke instead of root beer and our jalapeno double was missing the jalapenos. Maybe we will give them another chance in 2025.

This is the only Carl's location that I visit. Sometimes you have to wait a while as they seem to be a little understaffed if it's busy. But, they work hard and rarely screw up your order. I'm also assuming that it's extremely difficult to manage staffing during COVID.

Went through the drive thru (1person ahead of me sat for 5minutes, my turn to order (was asked politely to please wait (6 minutes later) ordered my food...11 minutes later I received my food to drive off. Slowest experience I ever seen
