I placed a mobile order and they said they didn’t have my order, which is interesting because I saw my name on the “order” screen. They must’ve given it to the wrong person because I had to show them that I placed my order at the correct address. I don’t think bother to pay attention to who’s coming in to order or pick up orders. They just focus on the drive-thru, so that needs to change. It took me 20-minutes to get my order and I even ordered through the app.

The mobile app wasn't working so went through the drive through to place my order. Ordered a baconator combo and a chicken sandwich for my wife. At the drive up window the workers were listening to their music in earbuds and hardly acknowledged me. I received a bag with my food and waited for my drink which arrived a little later when they realized I was still sitting in the drive up.
