I’ll preface by saying that I actually really like Zupas. I am disappointed that they have taken away some of my favorites and replaced with the bowls, which I’m not a big fan of. This review, however, is strictly for this location. The employees are very nice and try hard. But there are couple issues every single time we come (we only come during dinner time ) - the pipeline is always very busy and the cashier can’t keep up. Staff messed up our order, that’s fine, totally happens but then they continued to talk bad about our order and us in front of me. I get ranting but please don’t talk bad in front of customers.
