Technically, I love their food, but from the one they had in Sandy. This is the 3rd time we tried the South Jordan one. It is far away from home, so I would love to eat what I was used to eat before the pandemic in Sandy.Their brisket is delicious!!!!(maybe that is why I insist on ordering it). Decent place for BBQ food. Specifically went here since they have a lot of GF options. They seem to be pretty well informed on the allergy restrictions which I appreciate. I’m not sure it’s 100% safe due to cross contamination which I hope they can improve on. Brisket was dry but the pulled pork and fries were amazing. Would love to see a bigger difference in the BBQ sauces. Can’t really tell the difference between the three.

Wallaby's offers a great product. Their food was fresh and their meat was tender. The staff is very friendly. I had questions about the menu and they were eager to help. Overall, I had a great experience here.
