It’s Cafe Rio. There’s not much to say that hasn’t already been said about million times. That said I’ll try. In my opinion Cafe Rio is better than Costa Vida in many ways. The food was delicious as usual. I usually don't leave reviews. But the service was fantastic. You were out of horchata and I mentioned it. It was refilled quickly, and the lady (I wish I knew her name) came and got our cup and filled it up for us. She also brought out some orange slices for our 6 month old baby. The entire staff was kind. But this lady made it the best experience I have ever had at any Cafe Rio.
