Usually a repeat customer with Zupas, love the food but service can be hit or miss. If they are busy and you've waited a long time don't plan on being greeted by a friendly face when you finally get to order.
Zupas is always in the rotation when deciding where to eat. Literally every single thing I've eaten has been delicious. The nuts about berries salad, turkey/bacon/avocado sandwich, brisket grilled cheese, Wisconsin cauliflower soup (and I hate cauliflower), ND lobster bisque are my top favorites! The lunch rush is insane and you'll find it hard to find a table sometimes, especially for a large group, so keep that in mind when deciding when to go. I arrived for my pickup order about an hour before closing time. I did have to wait for my order, but I was given a cup to get a drink while l waited. I received my order shortly after. They service and friendly atmosphere was great.
