Can I give them 4.9 stars? They’re a regular in my restaurant ventures. I use the drive through and I’m eating in less than 5 minutes from the time they take my order. I’ve been many times and they’ve never gotten my order wrong, always give plenty of napkins, and have always been incredibly fast and friendly. I do wish their bread was a little less cooked. Sometimes it comes out a tad brown on the top for some reason.Parking: The parking lot here is tricky to navigate...read full review
I see that I am not the only one that has noticed this, by the recent reviews. It used to be that Jimmy Johns was one of the few fast food places that actually confirmed the order when it was ordered, when you drove up to the window to pay, they would confirm it again, as they were taking payment, and when they gave you the completed order, they confirmed it again, as well as if the order was paid in cash, they actually confirmed the order amount and counted back the change properly....read full review
