As tourists we didn’t realized during the online ordering that these are unbaked pizzas to finally bake at home. Unfortunately, we were staying at a hotel without an oven in the room… The service team was so nice and cute to us and phoned-up their manager if and how to refund our money - super-five-star service!!!! BTW: the (unbaked) pizza looked VERY yummy (probably would have been so much better than the Little Cesar’s Pizza we finally had as dinner).

Papa Murphy's is our favorite because you get to eat it HOT out of the oven at home. They have a great variety of specialties and the prices are still pretty fair, even in spite of the recent increase. The tip nag screen at the register is annoying because there is no option for "other" if you don't want to leave their high suggested amounts. I'm not even sure what they do to earn high tips since there's no table service, but I like to leave a dollar as a basic thank you. If I...read full review

I love getting my pizza from Papa Murphy’s. I get their gluten free options and appreciate that I can get something fresh. I can’t say that they are 100% safe for people with celiac (cross contamination) but I tell them about my need and they accommodate. I have never gotten sick. This particular location is conveniently located for people in Santa Clara UT. They were on time and accurate with my order. Well done!
