Kelly B is the reason for this review. I've been frequenting this location for a few years and I'm always greeted by a warm smile and a general interest in how my day has been. Kelly trains his crew to really listen to guests and to pay attention to details. Every order is better than expected and he makes sure that you leave with all items how you want it. He's a total gem not only is he polite and professional he also makes it personal. I leave feeling valued which is rare anymore....read full review

Absolutely fantastic ran location. Consistent, delicious, fresh product every single visit. My smoothie tastes the same every single time. Thank you so so much!!! Your customer service is impeccable. Whoever is in charge here is doing a wonderful job! The crew is always friendly and fast as well. Thank you all very much for being one of the few places in town with consistent service.

Best experience ice had at tropical smoothie. The drive thru worker was amazing, had the best voice. Not to mention he helped me figure out what to order by being so knowledgeable with the menu. U had a chicken pesto flatbread that melted in my mouth. Best fast food I've had all year. Everyone should give it a try.
