Good was good. Staff are young and need training in how to interact with customers.Vegetarian options: The salads can be eaten without animal protein.Dietary restrictions: Some people have allergies or food they shouldn’t eat. The choices make it possible to follow those restrictions.Parking: Cafe Rio is is in a strip mall area.Wheelchair accessibility: Many of the tables are far enough apart to accommodate a wheelchair and there is a ramp to get inside.
When I got my food tonight they were having lots of technical issues and were swamped with orders, including frozen computers and a very upset customer. They handled the issues with grace and did their best to make things right. Customer service is hard and they did a great job. Amazing food too!

We have ordered here about twice a month on average over the last year and a half. Almost always on a Friday evening and about 75% from the app for store pick-up and 25% in the store (just going through the line). Most of the time we get salads, burritos, and tostadas.
