My brother and me are getting home from work and we decide we want some Taco Bell. We get to the drive thru and a woman gets through the intercom, then it’s a guy, then it’s another completely different guy. No big deal, it’s probably them doing the tik tok trend, don’t care. We get to the window, pay for our meal and we get halfway home and I find out I got seltzer water after I had asked for sprite, my brother had his drink filled halfway and My fries weren’t filled...read full review

You wait longer then anywhere else, except maybe McDonald's when SUPER busy! You watch them make food and leave it sitting for people in the drive through when you go inside.Not to mention everybody running around. Violating health codes left and right. To the dude chewing his fingernails in the back. Where they cook and prepare the food. I hope you see this and wow, that's disgusting. Maybe consider a new career.

I've been consistently told over the last few months at this location that they don't have ingredients for what I'm trying to order. I've been told this about a few different items, not just one thing. That is poor management and I feel bad for the workers. I went in today, 8/19/23 and again was told that they don't have the ingredients for the first thing I ordered so I ordered a 3 pack or doritos locos tacos that proceeded to take 35 minutes to receive... this is pathetic and...read full review
