I lived in Tamil Nadu India for over a year, and every time I go to this place it just takes me right back.Don't expect table service, and you'll have to put your own dishes on the wash rack when you're done. “I don't want to give away the farm on this one, for personal reasons. However, I will say that the food was outstanding! The servings were very hardy, just the right amount of spice (heat) and the service was extra special. (Not special like short bus special). The young man at the cash register was obviously family, couldn't have been more than 13 or 14 years old. But he was super bright, warm, caring, empathetic and giving!! He made what could have been a bad experience for me, something wonderful! (let me clarify...it had nothing to do with the business, it was my mistake). In fact, I was so happy, I cried! “This place used to be Sri Balaji Caffe. Name changed, but the food doesn't seem to have. Hands down the best place for Indian Tiffins in Utah. It's counter service, and you bus your own table, but every time I eat here it takes me right back to the days when I was living in Chennai. Food is legit, curries are simply made right (no "how spicy do you want?"). Freaking delicious, and very well priced for how much food you get.“

“First time to eat here. The food was delicious. We especially loved the butter chicken and palak paneer. Oh, and the naan! We ordered an appetizer and naan and did the buffet ( appetizer and naan not included in that). It was fun to try a variety of food. The staff were very friendly. “The food here was so good. They gave us so much rice we couldn’t eat it all. I thought their naan smelled really good. We got the chicken tikka masala and the chicken curry. “We really enjoy eating at Royal India. Their food is very delicious. For an appetizer, they have a vegetable Samosa which is incredibly delicious.
