Today we waited close to 20 minutes for one happy meal (4 pc chicken nuggets) and one small big mac meal. When we got home the happy meal was missing the fries. They have a new screen that show order progress. We watched several orders pass us up. Other orders didn't show up in the list but were served before us for people who arrived after us. The order was placed around 1:40 PM. It wasn't unusually busy. They just weren't organized.
Food is not good. Seems like it has been sitting out for awhile. Nothing ever seems fresh. They only have one person in the front and when things get hectic for them no one comes to the front to help expedite. Drink fountain look like it is always dirty and needs wiped down. people are the problem with it - they are gross leaving straw wrappers out, spilled soda, and other miscellaneous. They just got remodeled so hopefully they fix the problems.

This is the worst place to get anything off the menu . The food is just processed. Most of the time is either a reheat which makes the meat hard. The bunsor bread are old and hard as well . You get what you pay for
