Most of the time this location gets it right. I just went there and ordered what I ordered for my family every week. The order taker had poor listening skills and got my order wrong. No big deal. Easy fix. When the manager asks me about it, she said " we thought you were lying about the extra double quarter pounder with cheese ". Incredibly unprofessional! I waited in line in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes, when I pulled up to the window several teenagers were socializing and playing around. ZERO sense of urgency. I waited so long only to get soggy cold chicken nuggets and cold stale fries. I won't return to this location again.
