The sandwiches are always fresh. The fries were hot. I would have opted for the fries to not be quite as hot this time though.I called in my order since I was coming on my lunch to pick it up. I only have 30 minutes actually and I was just going to take it back and eat it in my office while working. They quoted me 15 minutes, which was perfect because that's how long it takes me to get there.Well the sandwich was ready but the fries hadn't even been started yet. Being from the northeast I found it hard to get a good sandwich/sub in Utah. Most "sandwiches" I've gotten out here fall closer to the panini category - thin, very little meat, and pretentious. Grinders 13 knows how to make a quality sub. Great ratio of meat to bread, quick service, reasonably priced. Roast beef is made in house too. If they were closer to my work I'd be getting lunch here 3 times a week minimum.

Wow, simply the best New York style deli in Utah. We ordered a 10" Philly steak and cheese and a 10" pastrami, and 2 order of fries. Sandwiches were both mouth watering. Meat was so tender leaving you wanting more. The bread used was not over 'bready' and fresh. Fries were hot and fresh. People who ran and owned the place were so friendly. The food, the quality, the people will be having us coming back for more!
