Great service!!!My cousin and I walked in and didn't know what we wanted to order, and the staff kindly gave their recommendation.I ordered the Italian wrap and the potato salad. So GOOD! The restaurant was clean and very well staffed. Very good vibes in here. 10/10 would recommend this location :)
Get my order right about half the time. Any "extras" are rarely added. I've paid for a lot of bacon that hasn't been added and cookies are just never included when ordered. I've tipped with every order but not doing that anymore. Gonna try a different jimmy John's to see if it's just this location.

They're were out of cheese, jokingly asked if I got a discount? The girl rolled her eyes and said no! On top of that they charged me for large cups for water. Which is fine normally if that's a policy, but since things aren't what they were supposed to be they could have kindly just offered the cups as a kind gesture. Instead just received teenage attitude!
