We've been here several times, and the food and atmosphere are amazing! The service is hit and miss. The kitchen staff and the greeters are consistently awesome-and yes, the chefs do visit the tables from time to time. The waitstaff, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired. The service in the restaurant was super slow and they were not busy. After sitting at the table for over 5 min (was never greeted for acknowledgment) decided to go upstairs to the sports bar. The bar tender was very responsive and gave great service. We enjoyed our food and drinks.
