This place needs help!! Service was awful but what can you expect when there are only 3 employees serving the public on a Friday night!Look, I get it, you are terribly understaffed, but at some point management has to decide whether they can continue keeping their doors open and trying to eke out a profit at the expense of alienating their customers.This is not the way to run a restaurant.
The food was good and prepared quickly. The service was excellent. I felt like the price was a little high for the amount of food that was on my plate. In reality, I think that situation has hit most restaurants.Parking: Parking is in a large shared lot, typical of standard shopping centers.Kid-friendliness: This is a family restaurant with a separate bar area. We were on vacation and thought the Greene Turtle would be a nice place to eat. We got our drinks within 20 minute(which is too long). Our drinks were watered down once we got them and it took 35 minutes for literally 3 burgers. We got 2 doubles and only got 1 double. Our waitress was NOT organized. She was running around, which I get, but there were only 3-4 other family's. They only had one martini glass. They also ran out of captain. I would NEVER recommend this place.
