“Food has always been very good. This was the first brunch foray and it did not disappoint. The plating illustrates how much pride they take in their food. It's not more pricey than the other Guapos I'm familiar with, but very much worth it. Let me stress how extraordinarily tasty the food is here and has been consistently over the last 4 years. You WILL love it. If you come for dinner, might I recommend the Seafood Enchiladas ? So good!“
“This is a very good taco truck experience in Arlington, VA. The first time I visited was a Sunday evening and surprisingly the truck had a line of customers waiting to be served. To me this was a good indication that prepare good food. The ordering process was simple and where the truck is stationed there are a couple picnic tables off to the side for customers to eat their food on-site. The tacos here are delicious. I've tried their Asada and Pastor tacos, both of which are delicious and had all of the appropriate Mexican flavors you'd expect. I've also tried their quesadillas. On two separate occasions I ordered the chicken quesadilla and both times they were delicious. More importantly the way in which the quesadillas were prepared was consistent both times. What I like about their quesadillas is they just don't load them with melty cheese for the visual effect. It seems they use a Mexican blend cheese and an adequate amount. The flavor is present which I appreciate most. This isn't the normal cheesy quesadilla that is flavorless. Overall a very good experience. Give them a try.“
“Their food truck right next to my building & after my first try, I have a hard time to stop myself not getting their veggie tacos, burrito & cheese quesadilla. Cook & server are so nice & they are always quick to provide my order. There is always a line in front of their truck, either short or long line. They deserve it!“

“Really enjoyed this restaurant. We tried their 3 vegan tacos. One with veggies (onion and peppers), one with mushrooms, and one with a vegan chorizo. All were delicious. The side sauces were also really good. One was pretty spicy, but had a nice flavor.“

“I love this place. I will forget about it for a few weeks and then visit and remember how much I love it. The food is excellent, the drinks are good (Michelada is my go-to), and I've always had great service. My favorites- puffy blue chips with queso, Key West fish taco, fried Avocado taco, and the Puffy beef taco. All delicious though, can't go wrong.“

“If you go on a tuesday, do the taco bar- they load up the tacos and you can get your food immediately. I didnt realize this so I got the street tacos and they tasted alright but took over 30 minutes to get the food and the toppings weren't nearly as much as what was given at the taco bar. The corn tortillas weren't anything special but the meats were seasoned nicely. The chips and salsa were fantastic. The house margarita was a basic house margarita that was enjoyable. I'd return for the taco bar & happy hour.“

“The guy at the front went back and gave his mother the order and she made it. A place that has the Mama working in the back spells amazing and the food was excellent and pretty darn authentic. I have not seen any Mexican restaurants in the area with the true family preparation. Generally see the commercialized sell out of a business model. This is my place.“
“This is the third time I go to maizal and the food is amazing. I always have to ask them to put more food on my plate but other than that the service is good. The only reason I gave a 3 star for the service is because the menu has a halal sign on it but when I asked the staff if all the meat provided is halal or just the chicken, the were clueless they didn’t even know what the meaning of the word halal and they didn’t even notice it on the menu on display. I had to show it to them. It was embarrassing. Other customers were looking perplexed. The place is amazing and so is the food but the staff need to be educated so they are aware about other religion and what halal is. :)“

“We are from South Texas - so I know good Tex-Mex. Love the flavors that we get from UJ's! Always delicious and always hot/fresh! We actually haven't ever eaten in the restaurant-just take out. But who we HAVE interacted with have been friendly. Tip: if you want refried charro beans you can ask for them. ;)“

“Consistent excellence are two words that I would use to describe District Taco. The staff is friendly and our orders are always prepared with care and ready for pickup when stated. There is a good value for the quality of the food, so I would definitely recommend this spot for a quick meal or takeout as opposed to national chains with inconsistent quality.“

“What a pleasant surprise - food, service and ambiance. I had an early flight out of DCA, and had a lovely breakfast at El Centro. Our waitress knew exactly what to recommend, and was attentive and delivered. No reservation was necessary but worth calling ahead to get your name in. Look forward to being back soon. Cheers!“

“Had my usual dos Pollo enchiladas with rice and refried beans and it was ok, the refried beans were not that hot I sat at the bar no one talked to me I asked the girl for some more tea she didn't know what I was talking about in fact I only drank a little bit tea because it was so strong I couldn't drink it but I drank it anyway there's a big difference from the last time I was there the employees had no desire to wait on me“
“This taco truck is located on 14th St in Arlington,Virginia, right off of Rt. 50 West. Not only are the tacos here delicious but the customer service is very good. The few times I drove by this food truck I noticed pretty decent customer lines which led me to believe this place sold delicious tacos. However on this day I was in luck because the truck did not have a line, on a Saturday evening. I could smell the grill as I crossed the street on my way to the truck. The ordering process was very easy and efficient. On this occasion I ordered Asada (beef) and Pastor (pork) tacos to-go. The tacos were full-flavor and delicious. Overall this was a good taco truck experience and one which I will try again when in the area. Give them a shot for your next taco experience.“
