This spot has won many awards for being a bargain. We got 4 large noodles. We got the #1, #2, #3, and #4. They were all beef noodle soups with different cuts of beef. Number 2 was all well done, which we ordered for our dad since he appreciates cooked meat. The service was quick and good. Pho 75 is good. The parking lot is difficult to maneuver and has limited spots, therefore, you will probably have to find street parking. Alternatively, you can metro to the Rosslyn station. Upon entering, you are met with amazing aromas. The line is long but moves quickly. The only food item is pho. You can choose from many different cuts of steaks, or you can get chicken. This is a no frills CASH ONLY establishment. We arrived at 1:30 pm and was greeted by a very long line waiting to dine. The line moved swiftly and we were seated within about 20 mins considering the line was out the door and around the corner. The menu is simple and straight forward. No appetizers, no rice plate options. The broth was delicious, the portions were a good size, reasonably priced and service was quick. We would definitely come again.
