We have ordered from Hunan Village for the past 5 years. We choose to do take out and eat at home. We also chose to support neighborhood.Over the past three years we have noticed that each order is always missing something. When we call in they shrug there shoulders and ask for us to drive back to correct there mistake.We will NO longer support the drive back option - please do better quality checks on pick up orders. We have lots of options for various food pick up.
I dined in at this place and I have to say the food was all absolutely delicious! Every single dish we got was amazing! The service however and the atmosphere was very unimpressive. The table was a bit sticky and even the plates and utensils felt oily. Then the lady, who was super nice, brought us the food on a cart with dirty dishes in the lower rack (why do we need to see that?) Also when we asked for knives she seemed shocked and brought us more oily knives! Slightly odd reaction!...read full review
