“Food here is great and the portions are enough to take some home. Haven’t been disappointed with any of their menu options yet. Best Italian food I’ve tried in Blacksburg so far.”
“The beer is quite good, been a couple times. How many breweries are in Blacksburg? Rising silo (which is next door to where I live) Moon Hallow,Eastern Divide. Are we counting the bars downtown ? Oh I forgot there's also a pub. Isn't a pub technically a bar? Good questionquestioner! Anybody Irish that I can talk to or perhaps British Scottish ? From Wales ,Princess Kate perhaps my apologies Dutches Kate. Apparently she's getting over the royal fever. Harry seemed to have recovered ? Well now he's been sacked from being prince. Well anyway Moon ? Hallow has good ? cheers ? mates”
“I do enjoy brunch here. My companion had the Benedict Special with crab cake, and as usual the eggs were done to perfection. I had the ‘big breakfast', which has a sausage link plus 2 strips of bacon. Truth be told, my biscuit was a little overcooked, but the eggs were not, thank goodness. However, does the chef really not know the difference between scrambled eggs and an omelette? My eggs were more soufflé like than scrambled but yummy all the same. I've said it before and I'll say it again... get rid of those lousy cubed potatoes.”
“The place has a really cool aesthetic, but the service on my visit was awful (on a Monday). I ordered the chocolate and wine flight, and after 30 minutes I was brought the cheese and wine flight.I came back later, and the service was much better. The brie wheel and the dip platter were both delicious.”
“Their food is consistently good, the beer and hard seltzers, kombuchas etc never fail, and they already had a decent number of non-alch options - but now they have even more by offering Athletic Brewing! Awesome :)”
“The food is exceptional. Everything was served fast, hot and tasted delicious. They sauce variety is tasty. The meat was so good and the sides were the perfect compliment. Don’t go for the ambiance, go for the food and you wont be disappointed.”
“First time eating at a ramen shop and I absolutely loved it! I got the Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen and it was amazing. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was very flavorful (but not too strong), and the toppings were generous. I also tried some of my friend’s Inferno Ramen and it was just as delicious. We sat at the bar and it was really cool to watch the ramen being cooked in front of us. The staff are very nice and quick to clean off tables. The overall place was kept very clean despite there being a large number of customers. I will definitely come again, hopefully soon!Vegetarian options: I saw a vegetarian ramen option on the menu”
“Fried Mozzarella was banging and the marinara was too. I got the three cheese bacon ravioli. It was good but you don't need extra cheese. Hubby got chicken broccoli alfredo though it had a good flavor it was super runny. The beer was cold and the wine was great.”
“Food very good. Spare decide, but appealing. Good to go there when you want something new and excellent on the menu.Parking: Short walk from paid surface lotWheelchair accessibility: Accessible. Also outdoor dining when it gets warm v”
“This place has the best potato salad I’ve ever had. I’m not kidding, I love some potato salad, and I don’t know if it’s because they left the skin on or the hint of Dijon mustard, but I’m telling you, it’s incredible, life changing, never been done before, amazing potato salad”
“What a wonderful brewery Eastern Divide is. I'd recommend coming early, as the place packs up by 6 or 7 PM because everyone knows that this place is it.They've got quite a few beers on tap, and I really liked the blackberry sour that they did. There are pre made flights, but they'll let you make your own custom one if you get there early. The food is also pretty good.Awesome place, with the best part being the ambiance. The outdoor seating is gorgeous and there's plenty of it. Highly recommend this place.”
“Friday night was busy, drink prices during happy hour were good and but tasted weak. One of my friend forgot to bring his ID, but the bouncer was willing to let him in with tips which was nice.”
“Visited while in Christianaburg for a wedding. Gluten sensitivity is new for me and so I've had to give up beer for good, until I discovered Beliveau through a Google search. I tried the Maple ale which is a solid gluten free beer in a world where gluten free often means a sacrifice in quality. My wife got a flight of wine which I'll review on the winery side.If you are gluten free or gluten sensitive this is a great spot to come and enjoy a glass that won't completely wreck you. Bring your friends!”
“We have dined here now several times and we make about a 50 minute drive just to come here and eat. It is one of our most favorite places to get Indian food. You won’t be disappointed. we haven’t tried one thing on the menu yet that we haven’t loved!”
“Food was really good. Location and vibe are great. Service can best be described as inattentive, forgetful and almost unaware of menu and kitchen details. Probably a training issue for management.”
“Stopped to eat here on our way to Tennessee. Tavern was very quaint, our server, Kaya who was so pleasant and was very attentive. Food was amazing!! Delicious southern fried chicken and mashed potatoes were outstanding!! Prices were not bad either. The owner, Dan came and introduced himself to us and to check how our dinner was. All and all was a great place to eat!!”
