Ohhh my gosh!!! What a gem! As soon as you walk in, JoJo, the owner/chef greets you with a warm smile, followed by "do you have any food allergies?" Kuya(brother, show sign of respect in Filipino culture) Jojo cooked fairly quick! It took 10-15 minutes (for those familiar with Filipino cooking, this usually takes hours) for cooked to order and tailors every dish to your palate's desire.
My family stopped here on our way back to Maryland as we needed a late lunch. Doesn't look like much from the side of the road but the food is incredible and the owner + waitstaff are fantastic. We ordered the Bihon Pancit noodles, pork lumpia, siskalog (chopped pig head with rice and egg), lechon kawali (fried pork belly), and the free miso soup. Celestino's is the real deal. Don't leave without trying the lumpia.
