Love chipotle BUT my family and I had a horrible experience in this location.The serving staff was nice and let me sit down in the restaurant however there was a particular lady by the name of Ashley who was very rude. She was cleaning the place as in wrapping it up to leave. Daughter loves it. I get the kids meal. Tables are NOT cleaned often enough. With the volume of customers, there should be someone dedicated to cleaning the eating area, very, very often.
Extremely unfriendly staff. Bought a steak burrito and carne asada salad.Barely added any steak in a large burrito. I wanted a steak salad bowl but was told it won’t be ready. I said I will wait but was told it will take a while, so settled for carne asada. Asked for vegetables and was told it was not ready and will take 20’mins. Asked for hot salsa and there was none.
