WE LOVED ZACK!! This was an incredible choice with amazing food and great company, could not have worked out better for our family. Our boiler, Zack, was super charismatic and easy to talk to, he truly made the experience by joking around and letting us be a part of the boiling process while showing off his well-honed skill. My husband and I tried Outer Banks Boil Company for the first time for Christmas Eve dinner and were blown away! We got The Crab Pot and it was superb! We also had great customer service from an employee over the phone who helped us get exactly what we wanted (he customized The Crab Pot to our desired needs/quantity). Overall super happy and are thinking of making this a tradition every year! Will be returning soon.

There should be 100 five star reviews for Outer Banks Boil Company - I would give them if I could. We rented a VRBO in Afton and after spending a little time in C-ville, we found this place. We stopped by, picked up the crab boil and went back to our house. Everything was amazing - top quality, perfect seasoning because you decide how much to add. Everything you need, including the pot is included. I am already thinking about the next time we can get this.
