First time stopping at this Panera, and they were out of many items. Everything else was fine, just didn’t have quite a few items on the menu.

I have tried time after time to give this Panera another chance. This morning we were unable to get into drive through due to delivery. We went inside to four people at counter doing a catering order. the girl with red hair said how can I help you, " I'm not even clocked in and rolled her eyes " not first encounter of her rudeness. I got a yogurt already made, ordered a coffee with cream and sugar she hands me a cup and walks off talking. I got the coffee and asked if they had creamer? " She states he will get it " I stood waiting 6 mins for someone to get me some creamer, while four of them stood there. Hello teamwork get me a small cup of creamer do not make a customer wait. A guy then comes out with the canisters of them and tosses them on counter walks away not a word. This has been the worse customer service at this location.

Got a Baja Salad with chicken. The rice was HORRIBLE! Not even sure it was real rice. It was super dry and no salsa verde on it. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 1. Will never eat there again!
