Peloton is a nice, kick back and relax type of bar, not terribly big or crowded but that's what I prefer. Nothing irritates me more than bumping shoulders with huge crowds or shouting at people because our voices are drowned out by music blasting. There is a nice outdoor patio with plentiful seating. The drink menu is very complete with a wide variety of domestic and craft beer. The service is very balanced, neither non existent nor overbearing. Also check out the appetizers-loaded nachos are my favorite. Parking is a bit dicey-small and tight in the area directly in front of the building, but a better space at the warehouse below. Check it out next time you and friends are getting together!

It's a cool looking place - a bike shop and a restaurant with garage doors to make you feel more outdoorsy even when you're eating inside. The service was a bit slow but it was after a UVA football game so I understand. The chicken tenders, regular fries, and sweet potato fries were good. They also honored our military service and gave us a 10% discount. The burgers were not good at all. The ingredients they put together complemented each other well, however, the burgers themselves weren't seasoned at all. It was as if we were eating plain ground meat. For the first time in my life, I actually tried adding salt and pepper to an already cooked burger. There's an up charge for regular fries instead of potato chips. I understand having an up charge for sweet potato fries, just not regular fries. Also, their kids chicken tenders meal doesn't come with fries, it come with orange slices instead. The kids meal is already $8.00, and it's a $3.00 up charge for French fries. Everyone with kids knows that most kids want chicken tenders and fries. Really, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone at this point. However, I didn't try any of their beers or cocktails so I can't say it's all completely bad. Just not my cup of tea.

Great food and young and energetic atmosphere. We went on trivia night (Thursday) so expect it to be very busy. Parking is a bit tough.

Ate here after moving my daughter in at UVA. Great indoor and outdoor space with a laid back vibe and a great burger. Nice bar area, good drink selection and bikes being worked on in part of the space. Will return and would recommend.

Was looking for a quick bite near the hotel. This place had an awesome atmosphere, great beer and delicious food. Plus, the staff was fantastic. Super friendly and engaging. Loved it so much we ate there three times over the course of a week.

Food here is fantastic, prices are great! Servers are nice college students but service was a bit slow and inattentive. Still I really enjoyed the vibe and appreciated they had chalk for my toddler to play with. The Decca salad was so interesting with the variety of flavors and textures, the kids sliders were well priced and came with orange slices which my picky kiddo loved, the chicken salad sandwich was delightful and the burger we ordered was quite good too. Yum yum a great experience

Nothing Really Special Outside of the adorable dog and the bikeshop, there's sadly nothing much to this place. I've had burgers at several hundred places, and so when I saw that the burgers here were all the rave for the reviewers, I immediately told my family to meet me here to try them. I mean, the burgers had MARIEBETTE buns. If you've ever had Mariebette's anything, you'll know why that was an immediate draw. But, unfortunately, this frozen, uninspiring burger was far from delicious. The price for the burger was far too much for what you received, not to mention I would have had to pay $5 extra for them to dump their Wendy's-esque fries from their fryer to my plate. Yeah, nothing special at all here. And then, the appetizers. We ordered to Cauliflower bites and Nachos. Starting witht he cauliflower bites, we had a choice between 6 or 7 sauces. Now, if you've ever had cauliflower bites, you'll know that the sauce always comes on the cauliflower. This place makes the interesting decision to put the sauce on the side with the bleu cheese and the ranch. It was such a strange decision, made only stranger by the realization that the cauliflower might not have been cooked all the way. The nachos were good. No complaints there. Lastly, the service was incredibly slow. I understand that staffing is an issue with restaurants, so I try not to fault restaurants for that, but after 45 minutes of waiting for refills, it starts to become impossible to ignore. Overall, this place is just isn't good enough to justify their prices. With fresher ingredients and a focus on combining flavors, this place has the ability to be so much better. But honestly, there are so many better places to get good burgers and exceptional cauliflower, and if I can find one with an adorable dog, I'll never have a reason to return to Peloton Station.

Been here several times now, and the experience is consistently wonderful. Laid back pub atmosphere with food a cut above the casual vibe. Cocktails are expertly done. Fave app is the elote dip, though the Roadie sandwich (with its surprise of tasty strawberry jam pictured below) and the hearty Peugeot burger (pictured below) also deserve a mention. Shout out to Emily as a wonderful server who also had great insight into the dishes. Hope to check out their trivia night soon

Truly excellent service and food. We went on a Saturday with some friends from out of town. The service was so refreshing and personal and the food (we ordered a bunch of appetizers) was really great. I highly recommend the nachos and the elote dip with chips.

FOOD Peloton Station is a wonderful place to visit for classic American dishes. We came here on a weekday night and ordered the Preddy Creek sandwich (BBQ salmon, pickled peaches, tomato Bibb lettuce, avocado spread, peppered bacon on a Marie Bette Challah Bun) and the Chain Breaker (grilled chicken breast, arugula, sundried tomato, peppered bacon, roasted garlic aioli, pickled jalapenos, mozzarella on a Marie Bette Challah Bun). Both were absolutely delicious and came with a pickle and chips. It's a lot of food for the price it's set, so it is well worth it. Definitely expect to bring leftovers home. AMBIANCE It's a casual restaurant and is wonderful for a date night or dinner with family (saw a bit of both while there). It's a tad dim inside to add to the intimacy of the restaurant. PARKING There are about 5-10 parking spots available in front of the restaurant. It can fill fast, so don't be surprised if you have to wait to get a spot.

Got “The Peg” with sweet potato fries and this is definitely going to be a sandwich you crave! The ambiance is great as well - friendly staff and great food and drink offerings. Definitely a must try!2022 Update: While “The Peg” is no longer available, there’s new menu items and we enjoy a good Wing Wednesday! Our favorite flavors currently are the Pomegranate BBQ and House wings!

First time trying to eat here. Placed an order for curbside pickup that was cancelled with no call or explanation. Weird but figured if that was our first experience and based on the other reviews, plus with all the amazing food options in cville, no reason to waste our time trying again.

Post little league game, remarkably hungry, where can we sit and enjoy this lovely evening? I highly recommend a visit here. We ate all the nachos. Just the two of us. They are so good. Creamy delicious cheese, pulled chicken, crispy chips, with tomatoes and guac. I made an excellent choice with the Lemond burger. The chips are perfect. The burger tastes delicious. It's well seasoned. And the challah bun from MarieBette would be reason enough to order this burger but the burger is a worthy addition. The shrimp wrap was a good light meal after all the nachos! The service was kind and prompt. Can't wait to go back.

As others have stated service is incredibly slow so be prepared to wait awhile to order and get drinks and food. If you’re not in a rush and you want to just come for beer, this is probably a good spot for you. I’d recommend sitting at the bar because the bartender is really nice and you won’t be left waiting for drinks. We’ve come here for dinner a few times and have never really loved it. It may be because we are vegetarians and there aren’t a lot of great options if you don’t want an Impossible burger. I also do not drink beer so I’m always eager to try new hard ciders when I’m out. There are only 2 ciders available here so there could be more options. If you’re not drinking alcohol, keep in mind there is no sweet tea.The last time we came in, I was hoping to get an appetizer as my meal. I asked for the nachos without chicken and to substitute something for it like the mushrooms since there isn’t a vegetarian option listed. However, I was told they could just leave off the chicken but it would still be the same price. That doesn’t seem right. I ended up ordering a side of fries that could feed an entire table. They were pretty good but not ideal for a meal. Everything ended up being rather expensive.

A little way down from the corner, this is a relaxing place to price friends for dinner or brunch. They have a nice spread of food here. I would describe it as American food with a twist. Definitely are influences from different cuisines. I would recommend the Eddy Merckx for a tasty brunch meal!
