Broth was good. Chicken eggs roll were great. I ordered the beef Pho. Put the note in requesting extra beef, and approved whatever charge as accordingly. Open the package, and no extra beef. Not the end of the world, if it was a decent size regular portion of beef to begin with. I counted 5 slices of beef, weighing in at probably 3 ounces of meat at the most. I come to this restaurant first time on business trip. My job requires I travel a lot. One of my hobbies is to take pictures in front of funeral homes or buildings for cremation. I was going to explore the Cremation Society of Virginia when I was feeling a bit peckish. I stopped at Pho 3 Pho and it was the best food I have eaten. Very pleased with the chicken eggroll and Thai chili sauce on the side. They weren’t nearly as big as I expected or as pictured of their website and you only get 2 for $6. They were delicious.Staff was kind and friendly. Restaurant was clean.
