Very good menu & drink selection. Food was well prepared. Service was just okay & area we were in was not the cleanest.Just passing through, only experience here.
Upscale sports bar. Special steak/fish special with proceeds going to local charities. Sat at the bar and altho some folks wait was 50+ minutes we found a seat at the bar quickly. The food was excellent! Would go back.
Waitress was great and the food was awesome! Very tasty I ordered the Beyond Burger and the truffle fries and everything was very tasty...will definitely come again...
Had a great time with Sedona tap House. The drinks were cold and the food was delicious. The server took great care of us.
Where to begin?! The food, amazing! The service, so friendly! The drinks, delicious! Overall an amazing experience, will definitely be coming back!
We had a little bit of a snaffu when we arrived. I had made a reservation to celebrate my mother's wedding, and upon arriving, the hostess told me "Sedona doesn't do reservations." She then found my reservation but it was for the incorrect time. When I relayed the correct time to her, she replied in a very condescending tone, "Are you sure?"I asked for a manager (which I rarely do), and Jasmine (the manager) came over. I shared the situation with her and she was extremely helpful and corrected the error and got us seated quickly. I greatly appreciate her help! Our server, Kylie, was absolutely lovely. She took great care of us, checked up on us often, congratulated my mom on her wedding, and was just overall, fantastic! The food was absolutely delicious. We all tried something different and everyone was incredibly pleased with their meals. The crab cakes were fantastic. We all took home desserts for later (thank you to Kylie for listing them from memory so we didn't have to try to pull the menu up on our phones again).
We stopped here while in town vacationing. We had eaten at a location near us, so we knew the food would be good and they have an outdoor patio that is dog-friendly. And though there is no outside access to the patio, they let us walk our husky through the restaurant to reach the patio tables. We ordered the Wild Man Filet, Crab Stuffed Shrimp, and Filet Mignon for dinner and the Salted Caramel Cheesecake, Brownie Sundae, and Lemon Cake for dessert. Everything was delicious as expected, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
This was one of my favorite bars and restaurants in Charlottesville, before and through half the pandemic. Had dinner in there for the first time in months tonight, and I’m sad to say that the service was abominable. Drinks were ordered before dinner, but weren’t served until we’d nearly finished eating. They are clearly short-staffed—an understandable challenge for any business nowadays—but they made the mistake of reopening the bar and full dining room with the level of staff that marked the place during the pandemic, with woeful results. I’ve been a longtime customer down through the years, but will not be from this point on. A sad ending to what had been a great place.
It was great to visit Sedona when I came back to Charlottesville. No more bread because of covid, not going to bring it back. Ordered a medium NY strip, It was medium rare. My husband finished his meal before I got mine back. They didn't have two of the sides I wanted. I understand it'll take awhile to get back on your feet, but how to you run out of the side at lunch for the day. Hopefully they get back to the was it use to be.
After leaving a new South American restaurant when we found that they didn’t offer any raw salads for supper (not even a side salad to go with a steak!) (I can’t find the name of that restaurant but it was new and it was the only full service restaurant in a food court on Rugby Road) we came here. The service was excellent (special kudos to Philip), the sirloin steak and crab cakes were very good (garlic creamed potatoes and Mexican corn sides were great) and the salads were very good. And the prices were almost half of the place without salads.
Was good! However, portions are small and lacked salt. We dont usually walk away still hungry from restaurants, but here we did.Edit: Forgot to mention that my husbands order was incorrect also. He ordered the salmon, fries, and broccoli. What the waiter brought him was salmon, mashed potatoes, and fries. He just kept it.
Family of 4: sliders, burger, kids pizza and kids mac & cheese we excellent and reasonably priced. We finished it off with an apple caramel tart. They were fairly busy. The service was responsive and food was timely.
I decided to get dinner to go tonight. I ordered online and my burger was ready when I arrived. I know this was the case because I saw the one lone to go bag at the host stand. It took a few minutes to be noticed by employees. One of the servers said she'd find the hostess. About 5 mins later the hostess showed up and got my order. No issues with wait time as I understand the staffing shortage in the industry right now. As for the food, I got the hangover burger. It was flavorful but very greasy. Fries weren't anything special considering they were flimsy and cold. The burger would've been better had it not been drenched in dripping grease. Was it worth $15? Eh. Will I return? I'd say I'd give it another go one day.
I forgot to take the picture before I ate it! ? I got the South Rim Shrimp flat beard with the Sedona White Sangria. Both were a 10/10, the flatbread was very flavorful and the drink was sweet. I sat outside during lunch hours and had great service from the door to the table. Also, just FYI happy hour starts at 3pm! (I didn’t know this prior but very limited selection)
