The texture of the chicken (garlic chicken w/green beans) and beef (beef w/vegetables) was bizarre... It was so soft mushy almost. Which was strange because the green beans were beautiful and crisp, clearly fresh. The pork lo mein was just fine, but the other meat, oh my gosh. The owners of this restaurant are so wonderful. They are very sweet and kind. Their food is really amazing. Being from California originally, the Chinese food has always been so great out there. After leaving and living in four other states, this restaurant right here in Charlottesville, reminds me so much of the Chinese food in my home state. Tried for the first time after regularly using another Chinese restaurant that has declined over the last couple years. Will for sure order from here again. The meal was prompt and tasted great!
