This has got to be the worst iced latte I have ever had from ANY Starbucks, ever. Why does the flavor vary when the same product is ordered from one location to the next. The Starbucks on 5th Street in Charlottesville is continuously fantastic--no variance. This latte was so weak I thought it was a really bad iced coffee (maybe it was) but the sticker said iced latte. Never again. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON HOW TO MAKE A LATTE!

Long long line, bought venti latte hazelnut 2 shots, blueberry muffin, oatmeal.Drank and ate all day while working, became suddenly violently ill.

I went there today, an employee sitting there at at a table refused to help me, just stating come back in twenty minutes. All I wanted was one cup of coffee. I won’t be going back

Why are there two Starbucks' right next to each other?Regardless the one in Harris Teeter is so clearly inferior to the one at B&N – recommend that you steer clear.
