Used to work for Wendy's. So I'm ultra critical of I get old product, in the last 6 months I've had renewed confidence in wendys. The majority of my visits are a good experience. Fresh food and good value. It's been a long time since you could get a 99 cent doublestack or order of nuggets. Still their $6 biggie bag is a good

FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN BACK SINCE COVID CAME ALONE TO EAT INSIDE ! WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH ONE DAY ASK ABOUT A BACK POTATO SAID IT WAS FRESH JUST TAKEN OUT OF THE OVEN.I GOT HOME AND THAT BACK POTATO WAS SO BLACK INSIDE IT HAD BEEN SETTING THERE ALL DAY LONG .I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT. SO THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE BEEN BACK THERE AND THEY HAD 2 POTATOES LEFT & THIS WAS ABOUT 5 PM OR AROUND THERE .I ASKED THEM HOW...read full review

I know most people only leave reviews if they’re negative but I want to shout out Tim. They were out of the honey butter and he offered to make a different sandwich and was very apologetic about not having it. A situation that may have been negative ended up being not too bad.
