The cashier in drive thru needs to go around other fastfood place and show them how it's done. They are fantastic! So polite and clear on the mic and had a good rhythm going at the window. A great experience I've hadn't had in a while.

I sent in an order through Door Dash from the Taylor Road location in Chesapeake and when it was delivered it was short one item. I called Arby’s and was told I could come and pick it up that night or the next day and the apology almost sounded like an afterthought. I wasn’t offered any compensation at all for having to come and pick my granddaughters dinner while recovering from a migraine, which is why I had it delivered in the first place.
