food was ok? service was good but for a Mcdonalds employee tell me they don't sell coffee was unbelievable. sure it was 10 pm but they advertise - Open Late. so I ask for milk shake , was told they had none. not even a vanilla cone. I had been at hospital with someone for 7 hrs and was hungry and wanted coffee. was really disappointed
Shout out to the two workers handling the drive thru tonight (50 cent burger day). I’m sure they had a busy, tiring day, with lots of rude customers and stress. If they did, they did not let it affect their customer service. They greeted us with a smile and handed us our food with the same. I had a little hiccup with ordering in my app, and I’m sure my explanation through the drive thru speaker was stressful and confusing.
