I have eaten here many times over the past year or so. Today was my worst experience, but I don't want to focus my review on just that aspect. Today, my eggs, over easy were actually cold. I am not sure how to explain it as I was pretty sure I watched things move from the grill to my table, but they were cold. The cook @ the Western Branch location can 'really' cook! Everything I ordered was cook to perfection! The waitress 'Linda' was extremely nice & efficient! The restaurant was clean!Parking: Handicap parking is also available.
The food was amazing, always is. We waited 13 minutes and no one had came by the table or even made eye contact with us. So I went to the counter and the lady was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. I simply stated we’d need waiting about 15 minutes and if anyone was waiting our table (corner table).
