“Drive thru only..didn't understand why. Until after I ordered my food and was told to pull up. It seam like forever so as I got out my truck and headed to the door and young man came out with my food and I said I was wondering what was taking so long...as he said I'm by myself...oh my God!!! He took my order, took my money and made my food....my hat goes out to this young man for holding it down when no one else would...I wish I had got your name cause honey you need to be recognized for the outstanding service...unbelievable how you did it all and with a smile on your face ❤️ it“
“I go to a lot of Wendy’s and something if not all food is cold. The service is usually bad TODAY was different thank you for treating me like a customer and not your home girl you are mad at. Food was hot fast and good soda was fresh great “
“Store had no customers at counter and only one family dining. Drive thru had about 5 cars. The store looked as if it had been super busy because there were receipts and dirty tables everywhere. Plus the drink station was quite a mess. Looked as if only 2 employees were working. All the others I saw were on their phones and just goofing off, so I got my order to go.“
“Just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you to the staff at this Wendy's. We stopped here for lunch on our way home to Pa. Like an idiot, I left my handbag and didn't realize until we were 4 hours away. I called and spoke with Ashley, the manager, and after consulting her regional manager, she assured me that they would mail it to my home in Pa. As promised the bag arrived 2 days later with everything in it even my cash. I very much appreciate the staff's honesty as well as how much they went out of their way to help me out. Truly great people. Oh, and their spicy chicken sandwich beats all competitors by a mile.“

I requested my order to be made fresh & the man who took my order was pleasant, assured me he’ll make sure it’s made fresh & informed me of the wait time. He had a smile @ the pmt window & even the other man that handed me my fresh meal had a delightful demeanor w/good customer service. My food & service was 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“After going to this location a couple times they have always made the food right. Although lately they have been short staffed so the line does take some time to dwindle.I recommend this location just be prepared to have some patience in line.“
“I order two daves doubles. It was the best, freshest Wendys I've ever had. The meat was hot, the veggies were still cold, and the cheese hadn't even fully melted yet. The experience was everything you want in a burger with lettuce, tomato,pickle and onion. The only issue with atmosphere is a personal one, I don't like my food available to anybody who comes in and out the store - if you order pickup in-store they put your food where anyone could take it. The service is very good, but I've been mistakenly asked to pay after prepaying on the mobile app. I highly recommend this specific Wendy's.“

“I don't know what's happened to the fast-food industry here lately, but it's not the same as it used to be. I understand the hustle & bustle but the is no hustle anymore. I ordered 5 cheeseburgers, i don't check the bag because.... I mean, how do you screw up cheeseburgers? They were cold, the cheese didn't even melt & they were hardly wrapped. This issue starts from the top. I don't mean the manager on duty at the time. I mean from HQ. You give them more money & you charge more for the food (I get it, you have to pay more) yet the employees don't care. From the top down! Get it together folks. Do your job or get out!“
