Order was wrong, missing item. They "fixed" it. Still not correct. Employee had attitude. They were out of side items. Not the best experience. Fried chicken and the side I did get were good.
My father’s funeral was Monday February 26, 2024. My family was coming for fellowship afterwards and we ordered chicken online. I had a family friend stop to pick it up. I sent her a screenshot of the order. When she arrived a less than kind employee told her that someone already picked up the order. 4 time trying to get food here, no cars on the lot yet it takes 10mins to order and they never have food, staff is rude! Just hanging out! Big party no work! Still wondering how this location is still in business! Not up to par compared to other bojangle location! Just shut it down! Just lazy workers doing nothing!
