I like this location. I have lived near and have patronized this location for decades, and overall I receive pretty consistent, tasty food (my favorites are the Sweet and Sour Chicken, Chicken Lo Mein, and the Chicken Egg Foo Young). The prices are reasonable, the female working the counter is ALWAYS so kind and respectful. The hot and sour soup at this Triple Eight 2 location is superb! It has a great balance of the hot and sour, full of mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, tofu, carrots and more. I've tried various hot and sour soups across town and they are all bland and visually unappealing. Triple Eight 2 offers a beautiful serving of soup. I always go back to this restaurant specifically for this.

Tasty, affordable and quick. Good I'd good to very good. Chicken with garlic sauce is 4+. They're good about adding spice and cooking veg aldermen. Noodles with soup are terrible. Good, quick value.
