You know the food...but the Culpeper restaurant has such fantastic staff that it makes eating here that much more pleasant! Keep up the good work training and identifying staff that are above and beyond.
They have some issues with service. Drive-thru can be really long to get through 20+ minutes and you have to hope your food is correct so check everything. Inside is either on it or not. For instance (when they are not doing well) I had a mobile app order that asked for a table number except most of the tables do t have numbers as they have been removed. When they did bring my food to a nearby table they didn't bring my drinks and then never returned with them so I had to go...read full review
