I've lived in the area for 20 years, been to Culpepper numerous times and never even noticed this place.And to be fair it doesn't look like much from the outside.But the surprise is inside.As the name would suggest, this is a cute little country diner/cafe. me and my husband ate here for breakfast since I had heard so much about this place, very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast menu didn’t have tons of options but the food was immaculate. I was told to try this cute little hike in the wall. I was not disappointed. I ordered the 2 eggs, fried oysters, potatoes, and toast! Everything was delicious. The oysters were fried to perfection. Very crispy. The potatoes added the perfect balance to the slightly salty oysters. The food was hot and fresh! Our waitress was amazing. She brought everything out with a smile. Overall, I would highly recommend!
